1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using DoseKit (the "App"), operated by Viking Tech, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What DoseKit Is
DoseKit is a personal record-keeping tool. It lets you record compounds, vials, schedules and doses that you decide on, and it performs arithmetic on the numbers you enter: reconstitution and draw calculations, inventory, adherence and an estimated level curve.
3. Not Medical Advice
DoseKit does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and does not recommend any compound, dose, schedule or source. The compound library contains general descriptive information only. The estimated level chart is a simplified mathematical model, not a measurement of anything in your body. Always consult a qualified clinician about any substance you take or inject, and never rely on the App to decide whether, what or how much to take.
4. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for verifying any calculation before acting on it. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including laws about the possession and use of any substance you track. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
5. Accounts
You need an account so your data can be backed up and synced. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
6. Subscriptions
DoseKit offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Prices, free-trial terms and what each tier includes are shown in the App before you subscribe. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple or Google account, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are managed and cancelled through that account's subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
7. Your Data
You own the data you enter. You can export it at any time. Our handling of it is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable Use
Do not use the App to store or share content you have no right to, to interfere with the service, or to attempt to access other users' data.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. Calculations, reminders and estimates may contain errors or fail to run.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viking Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for any injury, health outcome or loss arising from your use of or reliance on the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Changes and Termination
We may update the App and these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and disputes are subject to the courts there.
